What happens when you place an internet order with us:-

When you have decided what it is you want to buy, you can simply click on the Qty box that appears alongside each product and enter the quantity you wish to purchase. Then, click on the Order button that is at the Top and the Bottom of each page. This will add the chosen product(s) to your order.

If you have finished shopping and wish to complete your order, simply click on the Checkout Button and follow the on-screen instructions entering your address details and where you would like us to deliver to. We charge a standard £4.95 for first class royal mail delivery anywhere in the UK.

On-line Security

To ensure your details are kept safe and sound, we use Worldpay to handle all our on-line credit/debit card transactions. Worldpay are a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. All transactions are fully encrypted ensuring your card details remain safe and secure at all times. A further reassurance for you in using Worldpay is that no-one at Delicious Knickers has access to your credit card details.

Returns and Exchanges

The Delicious Knickers team is dedicated to making sure you are as pleased as possible with our collection. We adore everything we’ve included here and hope you feel the same.

However, if for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase or gift, or if the sizing is not quite right, please let us know straight away so we can organize an exchange or a refund.

All garments must be returned within 14 days but the sooner you contact us, the sooner we can make sure whether or not the item you want is still in stock.

Please note that due to the nature of the items we sell, we have to request that all items to be returned must be unworn and remain in their original packaging.


Refunds and Order Cancellations

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your items. You may cancel your order by:-

(a) sending a notice of cancellation by email, fax or post ensuring that you quote your name, address and account reference number (which will be on your invoice).

(b) if you have already received the goods, by returning the items unopened together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date you received them.

We will then refund you the purchase price of the items after we have inspected them to ensure that they are in un-used condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. Any missing accessories or components which were part of the original order, but are not returned will also be charged for.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited from your credit or debit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit or debit account as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

What about damaged/faulty or goods sent in error?

In the unlikely event that you receive goods from us that are damaged or appear to be faulty, we would ask that you:-

a) Keep all original packaging - this will aid us in ascertaining the nature of the damage that occurred and will help us improve our service in future. In the event of a damaged item being received, we may ask for the outer packaging to be preserved and returned to us.

b) Please contact us in writing BEFORE returning any such items.

It is extremely unlikely that you will encounter either of the above problems as all items are inspected before dispatch, and we take great care in the packaging and shipping of your order. If an item is received in a damaged state, is genuinely faulty, or if we have shipped the incorrect item or incorrect quantity (i.e.: excess product), then, subject to the items being returned in the condition they were received in, we will credit the full transaction back against your credit or debit card.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability. When you place an order on our shop, the shop software automatically generates an email to the email address entered into the order details to confirm that we are in receipt of your intention to purchase. Please note that the email is not an acceptance of your order.

Prices and Availability

All prices shown are the price you pay. There is a set charge for UK mainland Delivery, which is shown as part of our shop checkout system.

All orders are subject to availability. Each day we only load those items we have in stock to our on-line shop, so when you order an item, it should be in stock. In the unusual circumstance that the item you order has sold out, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone within the next working day and suggest alternatives, no charge will be made to your credit card unless we have the item ready for despatch.

Delivery

We use first class post service provided by the Royal Mail for our deliveries. On the internet shop checkout there is provision to enter special delivery instructions such as ‘leave in front porch’, but, whilst we can put these instructions on the outer of your package we do not have control over your postman/women who is carrying out the delivery.

Customer Satisfaction

Our aim of is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We only supply quality products from hand picked suppliers.
